today's menu
Here is what today’s menu is:
Breakfast: orange juice (fresh, organic), Nespresso coffee, “eleven madison park granola” with almond milk. (https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1014304-eleven-madison-park-granola?unlocked_article_code=1.tE4.GFBu.HpZyyokQtDaF&smid=share-url). I did not use all the salt, only a teaspoon.
Lunch: SKYR vanilla yogurt and an organic opal apple
Dinner: home made coleslaw (request recipe), “pearl couscous with creamy feta and chickpeas (https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1019916-pearl-couscous-with-creamy-feta-and-chickpeas?unlocked_article_code=1.tE4.lM2D.86ml6g_g-UVY&smid=share-url), an organic fig and piece of extreme dark chocolate.
